The service

PlayUnspoiled provides automated spoiler-risk assessment and progress-aware assistance. It is provided as-is. We make no warranty that it will detect every spoiler, that its classifications are correct or that it will be available without interruption.

No guarantee of spoiler protection

Automated detection reduces the risk of unwanted spoilers but cannot guarantee that every spoiler will be detected. Do not rely on it as your only precaution for something you care deeply about not learning.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to distribute leaked, stolen or embargoed material.
• Do not attempt to use the URL checker to reach private or internal networks.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or automate abusive volumes of requests.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to submit.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used abusively, fraudulently or in violation of these terms. You can delete your history at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, to create an account. The service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Payments, pricing and refunds

Paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller of record: Paddle handles your payment details, invoicing and applicable sales tax. We never see or store your full card details. Prices shown are indicative until you reach checkout and may change for future purchases; a purchase you have already completed is not affected by a later price change.

Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact support@playunspoiled.com within 30 days of buying and we will refund it in full. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal under Paddle’s own buyer terms, which this guarantee does not reduce.

Trademarks and independence

PlayUnspoiled is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any other game publisher. Game titles, trademarks and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Game names appear only where they are needed to describe what the product is compatible with. We do not use publisher logos, artwork, typography, screenshots or other protected assets.

Our intellectual property

Aside from third-party trademarks handled above, the software, design, text and branding of PlayUnspoiled belong to its operator. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial benefit; you may not copy, resell, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from it.

Copyright and rights-holder complaints

We do not host, mirror or index leaked or copyrighted material — the service classifies risk in content you point it to, it does not store or redistribute that content. If you are a rights holder with a concern about how the service describes or handles something, contact support@playunspoiled.com with enough detail to identify it and we will look into it promptly.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss of enjoyment caused by a spoiler the service did not detect. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 USD if you have paid us nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or content you submit that infringes someone else’s rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms, including acceptable use. Terminating an account ends any active session and deletes the data described in our Privacy page.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute not resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia. (Update this if the operator is registered somewhere else — it should match wherever the business running this deployment is actually established, not be assumed.)

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy page, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. We may update them; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be noted on this page, with the date below updated.
